We are looking for two people: a Cognos/BI Administrator and a Cognos Developer. Both of these positions are located in Reston, VA and both are 6 months contract. Need to have EAD Card. Cognos/BI Administrator requires someone with a minimum of 7 years of overall IT experience, 5 years of data warehousing and BI experience, a minimum of 3 years of Cognos development experience, a minimum of 2 yrs of Cognos administration, and strong data modeling skills with exposure to data warehousing architectures and dimensional modeling. **************************************************************************** ************ Cognos Developer requires someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse/Mart and Business Intelligence environments; 5 years of demonstrated experience with Cognos; strong background in building/implementing scalable, reliable and high performance ETL architectures; proficient with RDBMS systems, SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, UNIX shell scripting, and database optimizations; familiar with database analysis, design, and programming (Java, XML, and web services); and excellent BI design skills (hands-on experience in developing business intelligence reports). **************************************************************************** ************ We Appreciate your business, Sam S Dut JInfo Systems Inc.
