*Job Title: Network support analyst.* *Duration: 3-4 months* *Location: Kennet Square, PA* *Rate: Open * *H-1, Green Card, EAD or Citizens ….* Assist the Network Administration team as a first line response and provide daily network support for our end user community. The supported infrastructure consists of 230 remote Skilled Nursing Facility sites connected via Internet T1s with GRE tunnels along with 450 Rehab locations using Broadband connections and VPN tunnels. Candidate will need to have a working experience of Cisco routers and switches, provide phone support to internal customers, perform root cause analysis, and work closely with telecom vendors and the network team to resolve connectivity and other performance issues. *Skills Required:* 1. Good working knowledge of TCP/IP concepts: VLANs, subnets, and routing. 2. Intermediate level experience with Cisco routers and switches, including at least 2-3 years hands on experience with: a. Installation, configuration of Cisco 2900 switches, Cisco 800, 1700, 1800 routers and deploying IOS to switches and routers. 3. Intermediate experience with configuring VPN tunnels with Cisco devices using IPSEC. 4. Working knowledge and experience with wireless Autonomous 802.11b/g/ and N Access Points, Cisco LWAP Infrastructure, and Cisco WCS management software. 5. Working knowledge and experience in troubleshooting Wireless Client side reported problems. 6. Hands on experience with EIGRP and static / dynamic routing protocols. 7. Experience with National Telco Data Providers and submitting trouble tickets. 8.
