Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 6-8 Years of experience as ABAP CRM tenchnial consultant with recommended having at least 1 engagement experience with CRM implementation as ABAP technical consultant. Necessary Skills : • Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills. • Should have excellent knowledge of SAP CRM Middleware (BDocs) (2+ years) • Should have good working knowledge of Web Dynpro (2+years) • Shoud have good BSP experience (2+ years). • Should have service oriented and customer focused job experience. • Have Pharma domain experience and have worked with Sales Team as Functional Consultant or techno-functional consultant Desired Skills • Have strong understanding of the pharmaceutical field Service / Sales personnel’s roles and related business processes • Should have knowledge of SAP application related generic problems and issues to understand the customer language.
