· Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and
support of multiple SAP landscapes and tools; on-call rotation to ensure
24/7 operation of these critical systems

· Promote application and system code within the SAP landscapes
while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements

· Create documentation for and instructing operations staff on the
SAP environment and management and operating procedures

· Provide technical consulting support for SAP implementation
project teams and senior-level hands-on support for project and production
support issues

· Provide daily support including "best practice" procedures for
SAP/Oracle administration; automate administrative and operational
functions

· Perform troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical
issues and system refreshes for QA, development, and training systems

· Research, identify, and present opportunities to increase
productivity and improve quality of SAP landscape support
