· Need for a contract developer for the 2014 BIA Automation of
Small Package manual analyst tasks.

· Support the development of business requirements and program
specifications;

· Assist in the creation of project timelines; Work closely with
management team to design application flow;

· Create and maintain various SQL Server -based applications;

· Design and implement database scheme and process flow;

· Develop, analyze and execute system test plans

· Work closely with QA group to maintain application accuracy



*Details of Position:*

· Analyze client data to determine necessary data constraints

· Analyze various web based applications for performance related
issues

· Take full ownership of applications as it relates to automating
production posting cycles and communicating with the various stakeholders

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mgmt. Information Systems,
Mathematics or related discipline

· 3-5 years technical expertise in database and web applications
development

· Administration setup and optimization

· SQL Server query performance optimization,file manipulation,
exception handling

· 5-8 years of experience in systems analysis, applications
development and systems architecture

· A minimum 5+ years of T-SQL experience - performance tuning, DTS,
stored procedures, triggers, views.

· The Sr. Programmer Analyst responsible for supporting application
comprising Oracle.

· Must have experience in performing root cause analysis, user
setup, application setup and configuration using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Unix
Shell Script and working knowledge of Cloud Based Technology. Work
Experience in Web application development required.

· Experience using Oracle 11g and XML are strongly preferred.

· Experience in Application-to-Application integration is required.

· Candidate is expected to communicate well, and be an efficient
multi-tasking professional in a fast-paced environment.

· Candidate must have strong organizational, communication, and
relationship skills.

· Candidate must be familiar with I.T. application technical
standards and methodologies.

· Candidate must have team coordination skills.

· Knowledge of Supply Chain business concepts, Supplier Management
topics, and workflows is a strong plus.

· Knowledge of Oracle SQL,PL/SQL and Unix Shell Script is required.
