SharePoint Developer - Harrisburg, PA - Rate: $50/hr C2C
Title: SharePoint Developer Location: Harrisburg, PA Duration: 1 Year Examples of Work: Serves as a team lead and resident expert in the design and development of solutions in Microsoft SharePoint and supporting database systems. Will investigate, analyze, and assist in the resolution of IT problems using the Microsoft Sharepoint platform. Will be required to develop custom workflows in SharePoint and utilize Infopath forms to collect and process information per the business needs of the Department. Will be required to analyze existing Sharepoint implementations and make modifications to these systems. Furthermore the resource will be required to assist in replacement or re-deployment of these implementations in other environments. Experience in site or farm administration in support of Sharepoint installation is helpful but not required. At the least the resource should be able to assist or speak intelligently on issues related to network and hardware envrionments. . Specific Duties: Make recommendations to management team on system enhancements, upgrades and other life cycle changes required to meet the needs of a changing department and keep the environment up to date with industry standards and best practice. Develop new Sharepoint solutions to meet specific Department business needs. Assist in the management, maintenance and documentation of SharePoint environment. Assist with supporting third party business applications and support tools related to SharePoint.
