*Location   :   Downtown Manhattan, NY 10007
Duration  : 6+ months 35 hrs/week*



*Rate: $45/hr. on C2C*



*Mandatory Requirements*
IBM Specialty - Technical Specialist 5
Assists with technical support of existing solutions and/or products. May
install new products and assist in the migration to new releases or
versions of products and provide related education. Area of expertise is
usually related to a particular technology platform. In addition, a
Technical Specialist may have programming skills and would be part of a
project team.
Minimum of 36 months of experience.



*Desired Requirements*

1.   36 months of experience in Siebel Public Sector or Siebel Call
Center and Siebel Self Service Portal Applications (eservice/customer
modules).

2.   36 months of conducting in Assignment Manager, Remote
Administration, Siebel Web Template (SWT) Modifications.

3.   36 months of experience in Oracle with a technical and functional
knowledge of Siebel (out-of-the-box offerings).

4.   36 months of Project Management Experience and must have worked
one full life cycle project adhering to Software Development Life Cycle
procedures from Discovery, Requirements Gathering, Development, Bug Fixing,
Testing and finally go live.

*Responsible for the detail design documentation, development, unit testing
and maintenance of internally developed applications and externally
purchased software products

*Write code for system designs that span platforms

*Code to and create Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)

*Write code for enhancing existing programs or developing new programs

*Write detailed technical specifications for subsystems and identify
integration points

*Estimate project timelines and resources required to complete programming
projects

*Perform unit testing and debugging and set test conditions based on code
specifications

*Supports application throughout the Product Development life cycle

*Coordinate with areas for integration architecture solutions and determine
the integration approach
  Requirements *Bachelor's degree in related business area or equivalent
work experience and 6 or more years of related work experience

*Qualifications:*

*Demonstrated experience with Siebel 7x, Siebel Tools, EAI and EIM. EIM is a
plus, not a requirement



*Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle, product development
methodologies, database methodologies and system integration

*Understanding of coding design and documentation protocol as well as unit
testing, change management and release procedures

*Demonstrated experience with Seibel configuration, eScript, development of
custom business services, Workflow, and VBCs.
