Middleware Engineer will assist the other developers to provide oversight
and technical leadership in Understanding, Implementing and Maintenance of
integrated

middleware infrastructure solutions. They will influence the creation of
business solutions through the alignment of infrastructure roadmaps and
standards/patterns

with the application roadmaps. You will work closely with application teams
and business owners to create an environment for the deployment of
production environments.

The Middleware Engineer is accountable for deployment plans, including but
not limited to operating system, integration, and data warehouse
technologies.


Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with the developers, business partners, and platform
architects to translate business strategy and requirements into system
requirements and

technical solutions
•Promote and enable re-use of services, repeatable architecture
patterns
•Significant contribution to the definition and implementation of
the Enterprise Architecture/Engineering standards and policies.
•Define and develop solutions strategy and solution design that
supports the short, medium and long-term infrastructure and business
objectives across more

than one domain line.
•Facilitate decision making, keeping the client's best interests in
mind (addressing vendor biases and striving for cost-effective solution for
the client).
•Works with peers outside immediate organization to define and
characterize complex technology or process problems and/or develops new
solutions, yet works

independently to drive technical problems to a solution.
•Develops reusable solutions and workarounds that are innovative
and demonstrate a deep technical knowledge of the affected products,
processes, and the

customer environment.
•Analyze middleware infrastructure systems performance, collect
information, and prepare summary reports
•Must be able to clearly articulate solution alternatives and
trade-offs, and develop sound recommendation for end-to-end middleware
infrastructure technology

solutions.

Skills:
•Solid 8+ years of experience with Installation, Configuration and
Maintenance of 3 or more technologies including Apache, Tomcat,Windows IIS
Server, DELL

BOOMI, Dynatrace APM.
•5+ years experience in server operating systems including Red Hat
Enterprise Linux and Windows servers.
•5+ years experience with and strong understanding of server
infrastructure technologies including Rackspace virtualization, storage and
networking.
•Technologies related to server infrastructure.
•Extensive experience using monitoring tools Dynatrace and New
Relic.
•Participate on-call 24x7 .
•Demonstrated 5+ experience with Jenkins and GitHub build tool.
•Experience with SQL Server database.
•Extensive experience with designing, implementing, deploying and
supporting enterprise-level solutions.
•Strong ability to analyze, consolidate and communicate complex
technical topics to all levels of staff (including but not limited to IT
executives,

business/technical managers, developers and system administrators) in
verbal and written form.
•Experience working in matrix environments where influence and
collaboration are dominant behaviors for success
•Ability to anticipate needs, innovate, multi-task and excel in a
fast paced, changing environment.
