Knowledge of building system requirements & architecture for Over the top Video head-end applications such as Content Management Systems, DAMS, Video streaming for STB & mobile clients. Experience in Business Systems Analysis, Requirements Elaboration and high-level architectural designs Understanding of software development methodologies and structured approaches to system development is required Leadership qualities, including ability to facilitate technical discussions with diverse and cross-functional groups, time management, organizational and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to adapt and change priorities as the business needs change Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to tailor communication to the target audience to achieve desired results Understanding of latest trends and technologies including mobile based applications preferred Understanding of security and/or infrastructure would be a significant benefit Demonstrated success in working effectively with Program Management, cross-functional teams and senior management Job Description The Broadcast Systems Engineering group is seeking an exceptional and motivated Systems Engineer to support multiple ongoing and future projects.
