Please find the requirement below and let me know your interest.. *POSITION* *Web Graphics Designer* *Location: Montgomery, AL (Local required)* *Duration: 2+ years* *Rate: $40/hr* *PORTFOLIO OF SAMPLE WORK SHOULD BE INCLUDED WITH THE RESUME FOR ALL SUBMISSIONS IN THIS POSITION.* *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* Provide the following duties: Experience creating UI/UX deliverables in Photoshop or equivalent tools Maintain design standards across our existing products Create high end visual UI designs for Internet and front-end application Meet with clients to establish a vision for a product or design. Select colors, images, textures and shapes to create the layout. Select the size and arrangement of the different elements. Use computer software to create electronic versions of designs. Employ color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques when designing project. Develop material for web pages. Develop environmental graphics. Submit rough drafts to client for approval. Make changes to mock-ups. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Other duties may be assigned. *ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* Ability to communicate clearly via written and spoken word to multiple stakeholders including peers, mid-level and senior leadership. Accomplish all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested. *QUALIFICATIONS:* The Web Graphics Designer provided shall, at a minimum, meet the following requirements or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience: Experience: 5 or more years of experience Degree from school approved by the National Association of Schools of Art and Design. Needs to be able to work independently and not rely on State or other team members for direction Skill/Technology: Artistic capacity Strong verbal, visual and written communication skills. Ability to meet strict deadlines, manage time and stay on schedule. Demonstrated success working with cross functional teams Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has strong presentation & collaboration skills. Must be able to effectively self-manage numerous projects at any given time.
