2) Must have very good knowledge and hands on experience Middle ware
Experience in REST Web services
3) Must have good Experience in Spring and Hibernate/IBatis
4) Good in writing SQL Queries
5) Unix Commands and Basic Shell Script
6) Experience in Maven, SVN
7) Experience in any server Tomcat or Weblogic or Web sphere
8)Unit Testing -  JUnit and Mockto/Easymock
