*Job Title: Siebel Admin*

*Location: St. Louis, MO*

*Duration: 7+ months*



*Candidates must have current Siebel CRM experience. We can’t compromise on
that. It’ll be best if they have recently worked with Siebel 8.1.1.14 and
Open UI. Any Oracle DB skills and other UNIX skills will be a plus. *



   1. Perform deployments (new releases and updates)
  1. Reviewing deployment plans
  2. Possibly putting together release notes.
  3. Sending out approval emails.
  4. Deploying
  5. Smoke testing



   1. Assist in issues found in environments:
  1. Validating test cases
  2. Looking at or providing log file information.
  3. Working with other teams if they find issues (database, unix,
  weblogic teams might send alerts.)
  4. Taking steps to resolve any “true” environment issues



   1. Environmental Access
  1. Setting up new access for users.
  2. Modifying or troubleshooting access for current users.
  3. Answering questions regarding access.



   1. Miscellaneous
  1. Answering questions regarding environments.
  2. Tracking release numbers and other environmentally specific
  features.
  3. Going to meetings for upgrading, patching, enhancing environments.
