Technical Designer/ Project Manager needed for the effort to assist HMS in designing their Outreach Lab/ Reference Lab product Technical design and architecture skills combined with an in depth knowledge of Outreach and Reference Lab from an operations and business office perspective. This should include clinical workflow and billing/ back office workflow I need an experienced technical designer capable of engaging in the design, documentation, workflow diagramming, and project management of a short term design effort.
