4 positions Location: Conway,Arkansas Duration: 6months *Education* The interested candidate should possess 7+ years of relevant experience with key network and vendor solutions (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Force10, F5 Labs, Check Point, Tipping Point, etc.). Position typically requires BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent. CCIE, CCNP and CCDP certification are desired; equivalent security certifications are a plus (e.g., CCSE, CISSP, etc.). New hire must obtain certification within first year of employment. *Required Skills* The following skills are required for this position: § Expert level network troubleshooting experience in large-scale IP environments § Knowledge of and demonstrated operating experience in more than one of the following technologies: ü LAN/MAN/WAN design ü Frame Relay ü MPLS ü VoIP ü QoS ü Optical networking ü Wireless ü VPN and remote access § Knowledge of Network management, network availability, and capacity planning § Knowledge of and experience with routers, switches, and VPN concentrators [e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Nortel (Bay) Networks, etc.] § Knowledge of and experience with voice and media systems (e.g., Avaya Definity/Intuity, Cisco Telepresence, etc.) § Knowledge of and experience with security systems (e.g., Cisco PIX/ASA, Check Point, IronPort, Blue Coat, etc.) § Knowledge in LAN/WAN network support, firewall support, management, availability, and troubleshooting § Knowledge of CA IT Management tools § 5 - 7 years experience with Check Point or Cisco security solutions § Demonstrated technical knowledge and consultative skills § Excellent written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills § Strong problem solving skills (e.g., ability to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action) § Ability to work effectively with others and add value as a team member ***Desired Skills and Experience* The following skills and experience are not required, but nice to have: § Network/ Security forensics § UNIX administration § IDS/IPS, proxy logs § Contingency planning § Documentation and process development skills -- Regards Alrek Business Solutions, Inc.
