The candidate has experience on Facet Data Models 2. SQL skills are mandatory 3. Facet Tables 4. Experience with Facet Modules ( Claims, Membership, Provider, Billing and Enrollment) *Requirement –* • Prepare System use case and boundary specification documents • Meet with business, trading partners and other teams to ensure that all the requirements are captured. • Ask questions and expose all possible scenarios to ensure that no stone is unturned in the process. • Self motivate to manage and meet all deliverables • Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects handing multiple components at once. • Work with the design and development team to ensure that the requirements are properly designed and built. • Participate in unit test of the components being built. • Thorough knowledge on how the component built solves for the business issues. • Support the readiness teams and provide test support during test phases. • Review and provide comments on the test scripts and ensure that the maximum test coverage is achieved during the testing phases. • Work with the architects (solution & platform) to ensure that the end to end process flow is captured and all impacts are identified. • Ability to work with distributed teams (including offshore. • Ability to follow up and ensure a closure on all follow ups. • Prepare and distribute meeting notes. • Perform efficiently and honestly. • Good team player, who is able to lead his team and bring out the best in them. • Problem solver. • Ability to stretch and work extended hours (weekend and weekday nights) as required to meet the timelines of the project. • Thorough Healthcare exposure • In depth experience in most Facets modules (eg Membership, Claims, Provider, Billing), EDI knowledge is a plus • Strong Database knowledge • Clean and clear analytical skills, with a focus on critical thinking • Ability to easily traverse through the Facets Data Dictionary • Ability to probe and get answers for questions • Expose the various possible scenarios to derive the possibility of occurrence • Comfort in meeting different teams in a cross functional environment • Ability to lead meetings including JAD sessions and ensure the agenda of the meeting is met • Self motivator who is able to multi task and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously • Write good technical documentation • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and applicable work experience. • Overall 5 – 10 Years IT experience. • Effective presentation skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Verbal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical skills. *Regards, * *Sameer * *Sr. Resource Executive* *KAnand Corporation | *Office: 512-535-3757|Fax: 208-441-4114 | Email: sn...@kanandcorp.com | |13359 US Hwy 183 N, #B406-122, Austin, Texas, 78750|Web: www.kanandcorp.com | *############### CAUTION - Disclaimer ############## This e-mail contains Privileged and Confidential Information intended solely for use of the recipient (s).
