[OCF] return code 8010000b

2004-01-20 Thread Thomas Rochon
Hello all,

I'm using a Cardman 2020 (USB) reader and a Kobil Smart Key
card and I tried the GetSmartCard.java demo. That one compiled
and run perfectly. The GetAnyCard.java and theGetCardID.java demo
compile without errors, but when running these apps there comes following
error message:

start use case: get already inserted card or a new card
CardTerminalException:
Pcsc10CardTerminal: PCSC Exception in method SCardConnect: PC/SC Error
SCardConnect
return code = 801b

finished use case: get already inserted card or a new card

I'm using PCSC (maybe that's important for you to know.
I also tried the gemplus pcsc-wrapper-2.0 without any
success.

I found similar questions to this list in the mailing list archive,
but there were no answers given.

I would be very happy to receive your comments/suggestions.
Thanx in advance.

[OCF] No SmartCard found

2004-01-20 Thread Matteo
Hi everybody I'm newbie.
I try to run one of OCF sample (GetCardID to keep ATR) but I can't
retrieve object SmartCard from function SmartCard.waitForCard (cr);

In opencard.properties file I have this configuration:

/* */
OpenCard.services = com.ibm.opencard.factory.MFCCardServiceFactory \
opencard.opt.util.PassThruCardServiceFactory
OpenCard.terminals =
com.ibm.opencard.terminal.pcscmig.PcscMigCardTerminalFactory

OpenCard.trace = opencard:8
/*  */
SmartCard.start (); function loads 2 dll:
OCFPCSCM.DLL
sctrm32.dll
and return may be OK.
I use a towitoko smart card reader and serveral pkcs11 card.
I don't need to use p11 function, I only like to know ATR and if card is
inserted in reader or not.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks in advance.

M@

Re: Re: [OCF] Found cause of errors in PC/SC bridge]

2004-01-20 Thread Thomas Rochon

Thank you very much for your reply, Hans!

I already tried out to fix the problem with the gemplus update.
As a result I got even more error messages. Maybe I didn't
follow the instructions correctly. I'll repeat it and if this will
fix my problem, I will tell you.

Thanx again and stay patient with newbs like me :o)
Bes regards,
