I might be missing something very obvious here, but is pulse not for the heart 
rate and respiration for the respiratory rate ?

openEHR-EHR-OBSERVATION.pulse.v1 &

openEHR-EHR-OBSERVATION.respiration.v1, Both of which seem to be capturing
very similar data.

Which is recommended for general vitals recording of pulse rate? What is
the reason why we have 2 very similar archetypes?
