And now when fighting with wine (

I'm using nvidia Quadro K620 successfully. I tried uninstalling the 340
driver as part of installing a newer driver (downloaded from the nvidia
site) to support a . I could not get the old driver removed because
supporting install files were missing. So I have a K620 but it sounds
like I may not be able to use it soon if the 390 driver is also
uninstallable. At least provide all the required driver install files
for a successful uninstall with the distribution using the pkg command
please. Thanks, Jack

Okay, I found the place. It's /var/log/Xorg.0.log plus the scanpci
output. The answer to your question is: none. Most of the six
computers use Radeon HD video cards. All of them use the vgatext
(VESA) driver.

This is on a 5 year old Dell workstation.

Currently we ship the version 340 of nvidia Solaris driver, which supports
following cards:
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/135163/en-us. However,
newer devices are not supported in this driver version.

Yeah, when my workstation is replaced in the next year or so, my guess is
the new one will have something like a Quadro P2000, P2200, or similar.

I was wondering if users are fine with a newer version like 390? It adds new
cards but drops old ones. List of supported cards in this version:

Looks like my workstation would be affected (the Quadro 600 is *not* the
same thing as the Quadro P600).

The Solaris README has always only documented the professional lines as
officially supported, since the Solaris driver was intended for use in a
technical workstation, not a consumer rig.

Since the driver is built from the same core source code as the Linux & Windows
drivers, it also supports the GeForce cards, you just have to look at the
README for the corresponding version of the Linux driver to get the model list.
