Hi Krzysztof, yes there is some inconsistency in the upload rights. We will need to fix that ordinary users won't be able to manipulate the whiteboard. What's more, a user (not being a moderator) cannot upload a file to the whiteboard through an upper menu tab "Files" as it is inaccessible (greyed out), but they are free to right click "My files" or "Public files" in the tree folder on the left, choose "New file" from the context menu, and upload whatever they want directly to the whiteboard wiping it out if they wish so. [openmeetings-user] user's privileges in a moderated room
Hi, Open Meetings 1.9.0 (a moderated room) When a user (who is not a moderator) tries to drag and drop the uploaded document from the folder tree on the left to the whiteboard, a notice appears "Get moderation" and that's ok. But it's enough for the user to double click the document and he/she is free to go, including downloading and dragging and dropping the document on the whiteboard. Can this be fixed, Sebastian?
