Greetings,

I am organizing an online symposium to be held in 4 sessions of 90 minutes 
each (with some practice sessions). There will be a moderator and two 
presenters in each session. We expect about 100 attendees in each session. 
The sessions will be in 2012 in January, April, July and October.

I believe the free hosted openmeetings account will be sufficient for our 
symposium.

I wanted to make sure that this would be in keeping with your free usage 
account.
