Sound and Video shift in recording

Hello, 
I try to record session and then I play it after 3-4 minute I hear sound 
shift. 
What I need to do?
I use openmeetings_1_6_rc1_r3621 on debian linux. 
User station - win xp

At 6 minute video starting at 3:50 and in the end shift ~15-25sec.
Chanel to server is lan (1gbps) .

 Maybe you can check the raw material in the folders by watching the flvs
 recorded for each individual, and check if the a/v is in sync there.
