NetConnection.connect.closed

hello i am new to openmeetings i am installing openmeeting  on red56.3
java6 Xampp
it installed properly and 29 tables are created but when i start
openmeetings(http://localhost:5080/openmeetings/)
i am getting an error saying
Autoconnect
NetConnection.Connect.Closed (after 3 trys)
rtmtp://localhost:8088/openmeetings/hibernate

what is wrong with my installation please help me.
