It also is not a red5 issue. Its really up to your network. Install a simple apache web-server and try to reach it over the network. You will have the same issues. Yes it has nothing to do with OpenMeetings but with red5. Network is just simple LAN connection with firewall OFF. Any pointers will be greatly appreciated. HI The connection to the database is ok, but when I stop surfing on the application a few hours and post the page after a certain time, then this error appears. Immediately verify the connection to the database server and is correct. I have other applications connected to the database and this problem does not occur, only happens with the OM. Re: netconnection.connect.failed error
the tables will be created automatically. If the tables are missing openmeetings is not able to access your database => check your hibernate.cg.xml user/pass/host => your data is invalid! wrong host or database does not listen on TCP/IP sebastian 2009/9/22 ahmad swaid > > hi > i check the the database but i find it not populated with data i find > only the tables > where can i find the schema file ? > > On Sep 17, 6:24 pm, Sebastian Wagner wrote: > > most likely that means the DB tables have been never populated. > > Have you checked if the install script has imported the neccessary tables > > and fields? > > > > sebastian > > > > 2009/9/17 ahmad swaid > > > > > > > > > after i install the openmeetings and starting it for the first time > > > it didn't started and give me error message after trying for 3 times > > > to connect to line > > > rtmpt://localhost:8088/openmeting/hibernate > > > with the error: > > > netconnection.connect.failed > > > can any on help me > > > > -- > > Sebastian > Wagnerhttp://www.webbase-design.dehttp://openmeetings.googlecode.comhttp:// > www.laszlo-forum.de > > seba.wag...@gmail.com > > > -- Sebastian Wagner http://www.webbase-design.de http://openmeetings.googlecode.com http://www.laszlo-forum.de seba.wag...@gmail.com --~--~-~--~~~---~--~~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "OpenMeetings User" group. Re: NetConnection.Connect.Failed
Make sure you are forwarding port 1935 to your OpenMeetings server on your router, also forward port 8088.
