I guess you did not configure or configure wrong the param:
ldap_search_base

You should also specify if you're using ADS or openLDAP or other LDAP
Server.

[openmeetings-user] Organisation problem after LDAP Login -

2011-11-04 Thread Rubens Queiroz de Almeida
Hi all,

I am having the problem reported at
http://groups.google.com/group/openmeetings-user/browse_thread/thread/795070a1bfa4254f,
under the name "Organisation problem after LDAP Login". I have read all the
messages in the thread but could not find a solution to the problem. This
problem was posted on January, 28th, 2011:

Everytime I login with a new user i got the message "Your account is
assigned to multiple Organizations. Please choose one for this
Session". But there is nothing to choose. The dropdown menu is empty.
Thie users aren't able to login until i put them manually with an
admin account into an organisation.

The login completes, but I cannot see any rooms, in short, I only have
access to personal information and things like that. None of the
functionality of Openmeetings is available when you login using LDAP.

Could anybody please help me with this?

All the best

Rubens

Hi Jabari,

in your ldap config there is something wrong about the org mapping of the
users.

The Issue you'r posting to is also over 1 year old but you can find plenty
of other comments on the mailing list regarding the same topic.

Hi Bicho,

i'm using Active Directory.

Without an username and password i get the error "Username not found".

The second time i login with the same user everything works like a
charm but with the first login i have to logout and login again to see
the "normal" webinterface with it's rooms, chat etc.

But if the user logs off and logs in again it seems to work.
