2010-03-31 Thread maggiehu
Hi Sebastian,
Thank you for your prompt response. Can you please tell me why I don't
have an openmeetings server running on my URL? I have already
installed the openmeetings plugin. Do I need to install something else
to make the openmeetings server running on my server?
Thank you very much for your help.

hi,

well the message is quite clear:
http://moodle.varvoo.com:5080/openmeetings/services/UserService?wsdl

=> there is no openmeetings server running under that URL.

Why do I get this error msg when I am using the latest versions of moodle and openmeetings?

2010-03-31 Thread maggiehu
Hi all,
I just installed the latest version(1.98) of the moodle site on my
server and also the latest version of the openmeetings (OpenMeetings
Moodle Mod 0.8 (OpenMeetings Version 1.2 RC1 and later) ). The module
does appear in my Moodle module list. However, when I tried to create a
new openmeeting classroom, it gives me error message as following:
"Error

Configuration

I read the responses on the Moodle.org forum about a similar problem
but I can't solve it (Sebastian suggested using the IP address instead
of the domain name, but my hosting server does not provide me IP
address for my website).
See screenshot for the configuration here:
http://www.varvoo.com/albums/zp-core/full-image.php?a=misc&i=openmeetingsetting1.png&q=75
Can someone tell me what I can do to solve the problem? Thanks for any
suggestions!
