I see there are 3 colours main controlled in config.xml.  It would be
nice to have the ability for skin templates.  Then the community to
upload their skins for contribution.  Just a suggestion.

Sebastian,
I can see it in port 8080 (lps client) but not in 5080 (red5).  I
cleared my cache in my browser. close browser, restart browser.  any
suggestions?

Yes this does work.  This is what I did others to know

from instructions url above in this posting

Start OpenLaszlo Server and run (lps-4.2.x = lps-4.2.x if this is
your !Openlaszlo version:
http://localhost($LPS-HOST):8080/lps-4.2.x/videoconference/maindebug.lzx?lzr=swf8&lzproxied=solo
(with debugger) and /or 
http://localhost($LPS-HOST):8080/lps-4.2.x/videoconference/main.lzx?lzr=swf8&lzproxied=solo

by re-compiling the client I mean to run the lzx files as described in

=> no but you have to run the lzx-file inside openlaszlo as described in the
BuildInstructions.

=> there are no images, these settings are all only styleable by the
color-settings in the config.xml. All other modifications require to
recompile.
