The rotation of log file can be done by trigger of admin operation.  
The admin operation can be done for each  stream

Here is the syslog:

The bug was introduced by the ticket [#3019]. The assertion about existing of 
`saImmFileSystemStatus` should be checked in case the adminOp is either 400/401.
