More good news! We have a partial fix for the XML spec caching issue in sandbox now. Please test that changing the content of your XML file is picked up in 5 to 10 minutes later, even without bpc=1. We'll keep working on stability and correctness next week. doesn't work for me same apps are updated correctly on production but not updated on sandbox. 1 app is not updated at all and another one failed to pick translations xmls.
