I faced the similar issue when I submitted my application. Although I don't remember the solution now, but if you show me your XML and token then I'd be able to recall the solution. Actually they take around 2 weeks. Also, if your app is approved then it will be added to respective directory and they won't be any e-mail about it (it happend with me - my approved was added to directory in around 10 days and I had no information about it) ... so keep on checking directory you have submitted application for.
