I am getting the same warning from Orkut. The message is mentioning a deadline of April 27th to fix this issue. My app has been running for months now and it doesn't have a pop-up. Just a sugestion... AppReviewer could have a grace period, one day or two, and if the issue still there, then it starts to send these warning e-mails. This could avoid this noise messages sent to developers.
