If you're not behind the Oracle firewall, just follow the upgrade instructions
from the public release notes, except that you'll skip the steps to upgrade
to 134b first, since you're already past it.

Depending on the build you may need to add a -f flag to pkg image-update to
override the "is the pkg command up to date?" check.

I'm stuck at 145 and cannot reach solaris.sfbay.sun.com to read the txt 
file.

It can be shared or have I to install from scratch?
As it's a tricky configuration on a machine running by a pair of years 
(upgraded many times), i hope no, i dont have to reinstall everything.
