Generate opensslconf.h - openssl 1.0.2 vs openssl 1.1.1g

2020-07-16 Thread prudvi raj
Hello,

How do i generate "opensslconf.h" in openssl 1.1.1g?
>From docs, i assume it is created after we give "./Configure
gcc".
I observe that "opensslconf.h" is created only on giving "make" after
./Configure... But this additionally created .d & .o files in crypto
folders.
For openssl1.0.2 , the same opensslconf.h is created right after
"./Configure" .
(all .h files in include directory are created after ./Configure, whereas
in 1.1.1 .h files appear in include directory - without any ./Configure)

For context , we are upgrading our project to openssl 1.1.1g from 1.0.2k &
i am concerned about this .d & .o files, in case i build the whole project
- which is including openssl folder.

Thanks,
Prud.

Hmm.. hkps://pgp.mit.edu isn't responding for me at the moment and I was
configured to use that by default. Found it on another. The dialog I got
was that the key was not found but in reality the keyserver could not be
reached. I'm good thanks.

I have it uploaded to pgp.mit.edu. It should replicate from there, I
at least also found it on keys.gnupg.net.

Where can I get the PGP key for the signature for this message? Seems
not to have been uploaded to the key servers defined in my Enigmail.
