Oh, I think it should not be too hard to write a proxy, that accepts 
secure connections with openssl and forwards the requests via 
unencrypted HTTP to an IIS.
But I don't see any real advantages in that...

Depends on what you mean by forcing it to use OpenSSL. If you mean OpenSSL's
SSL/TLS implementation then no that isn't possible.

If you mean use a certificate and/or key generated by OpenSSL then yes that
can and has been done. Check the archives for details.

I'm pretty such that IIS servers can
only work with the certificate you generate via the IIS server  certificate
wizard
