[Openstack] [openstack][quantum] stuck subnet

so I had a tenant that was assigned a floating IP. I deleted the project before
I freed up the floating IP. Now I cant clean up a subnet as it still thinks
there is an IP attached to it.
any ideas how to get rid of a subnet when it thinks there is a float
assigned to it that is owned by a tenant that doesnt exist?

thanks

I don't know of any elegant solution but one option may be to database and
delete the individual records along with the all the interconnected
records.

You should be able to delete the floating ip via an admin user and then
delete the subnet.
