Sometimes it happens that there is a burst of enthusiasm at some point
in time but then new things happen (like crucial people moving somewhere
else) and new groups lose the momentum to grow.

You may want to reach out to the meetup groups above and see if they
have any plans or suggest a plan yourself. A resource that may be useful
