Dear Neutron team,

In order to help the Neutron Drivers team to perform its very important job of 
guiding the community to evolve the OpenStack Networking architecture to meet 
the needs of our current and future users [1], I have asked Slawek Kaplonski to 
join it. Over the past few years, he has gained very valuable experience with 
OpenStack Networking, both as a deployer  and more recently working with one of 
our key packagers. He played a paramount role in implementing our QoS (Quality 
of Service) features, currently leading that sub-team. He also leads the CI 
sub-team, making sure the prompt discovery and fixing of bugs in our software. 
On top of that, he is one of our most active reviewers, contributor of code to 
our reference implementation and fixer of bugs. I am very confident in Slawek 
making great contributions to the Neutron Drivers team.

+1 from me.
First of all, I would like to thank Phuoc for his contribution in Tacker. As I 
know, Phuoc joined in Tacker project for a year, but his contribution in Tacker 
is highly appreciated. Besides, he also is one of active member in  IRC, gerrit 
and bug report.
Hope that he can help Tacker keep growing in his new role.

Hi Tacker members,

To keep our Tacker project growing with new active members, I would like
to propose to prune +2 ability of our farmer member Kanagaraj Manickam,
and propose Cong Phuoc Hoang (IRC: phuoc) to join the tacker core team.

Kanagaraj is not been involved since last couple of cycle. You had a great
Contribution in Tacker project like VNF scaling features which are milestone
for project. Thanks for your contribution, and wish to see you again.

Phuoc is contributing actively in Tacker from Pike cycle, and
he has grown into a key member of this project [1]. He delivered multiple
features in each cycle. Additionally tons of other activities like bug fixes,
answering actively on bugs. He is also actively contributing in cross project
like tosca-parser and heat-translator which is much helpful for Tacker.
