After thinking about what can be done to start, because I hate being
stagnant, I decided to create an etherpad of things that I think need
more discussion or can start working on now.

Add on to this list if you know of others, as I am sure there are. Add
comments on your opinions of existing items if you wish. I think if we
start listing these things out, and getting a clearer picture, we can
start actual work on this.
Beware, there is no order to these. It's a smattering of my random
thought process. I'm sure I have some obvious errors.
