Re: [openstack-dev] [Openstack-operators] [openstack-ansible] Mid Cycle Sprint
Great initiative, I'd definitely like to be a part of the mid-cycle. I can't guarantee attendance, but London would be easier for me to do also. For topics, I'd like to see more done about: - streamlining new role creation, or generally making it easier for newer contributors - +1 to Major, enhancing our documentation -- Javeria On Thu, Dec 10, 2015 at 8:16 PM, Kevin Carter wrote: > Count me in as wanting to be part of the mid-cycle. Re: [openstack-dev] [Openstack-operators] [openstack-ansible] Mid Cycle Sprint
Count me in as wanting to be part of the mid-cycle. I live in San Antonio but I think we should strongly consider having the meetup in the UK. It seems most of our deployers live in the UK and it'd be nice to get people involved whom may not have been able to attend the summit. While I'll need to get travel approval if we decide to hold the event in the UK, during the mid-cycle I'd like to focus on working on the "Upgrade Framework" and "multi-OS". Additionally, if we have time, I'd like to see if people are interested in bringing new services online and work with folks regarding the implementation details and how to compose new roles. I'll be going to the operators mid-cycle in Feb, so could stay later and attend in West London. However, I could likely make it to San Antonio as well. Not sure if that helps but I will definitely try to attend where ever it occurs.
