Also, because we're all so keen to know when and where we're going, we want to decide sooner, so please respond by tomorrow (Tues, Feb 13). [openstack-dev] [ironic] team dinner at Dublin PTG?
Hi ironic-ers, Planning for the Dublin PTG has started. And what's the most important thing (and most fun event) to plan for? You got it, the team dinner! We'd like to get an idea of who is interested and what evening works for all or most of us. Please indicate which evenings you are available, at this doodle: https://doodle.com/poll/d4ff6m9hxg887n9q If you're shy or don't want to use doodle, send me an email. Please respond by Friday, Feb 16 (same deadline as PTG topics-for-discussion), so we can find a place and reserve it. Re: [openstack-dev] [ironic] Team dinner at the PTG?
Thanks Julia, for taking this on. I'm actually fine if we take a cab to wherever, it seems like the PTG is in some sort of 'dead' zone wrt great food for large groups :-( Having said that, stapleton-caseys works for me, especially if they take reservations. My personal preference is for sushi since I love that. However, I would bet that I am the anomaly there and that most folks would prefer stapleton-caseys even if they don't speak up :) --ruby On Mon, Sep 4, 2017 at 11:23 AM, Julia Kregerwrote: > I did some searching around yesterday near the venue for places to > eat. I did some searching around yesterday near the venue for places to eat. The area is very spread out, but http://coloradopubco.com/stapleton-caseys/ is with-in walking distance. I spoke with some of the staff, and they said they were good with large groups, and that Mondays is somewhat hit or miss regarding being busy or not. I've been thinking it might be best for us to descend upon the bar, and kind of go from there, but I'll call and see if they they can do reservations. That being said, the space really doesn't lend it's self to a large reservation. There is also a sushi restaurant next door as an alternative. -Julia On Mon, Aug 28, 2017 at 4:07 PM, <arkady.kanev...@dell.com> wrote: > Great.
