Approved the change on master and working on the backport to 
stable/queens. We'll be cutting an RC3 tomorrow so I'll make sure this

plug TAP on the Contrail software switch (named vrouter) [2]. I proposed a
fix in the beginning of the year [3] but it still pending approval even it
got a couple of +1 and no negative feedback. It's why I'm writing that
email to get your attention.
