This is OK for me. The latest CI run I see is here:
http://extbasicopstackcilog01.podc.sl.edst.ibm.com/test_logs/jenkins-check-nova-master-7096/
It looks like the CI used to take about 3.5 hours from [4] but now it's
taking a little over an hour, so that's good.
