I've added the account requested above (although I shortened the
display name to "Radware 3rd Party Testing" since it's already a
pretty long name and "for OpenStack" is unnecessarily redundant when
posting comments to OpenStack's code review system). Let us know if
you encounter any issues using it.

Actually, not quite so good. Mark McClain (Neutron PTL) and others
have asked me to temporarily remove all access for that service
account since it's leaving messages on changes when it starts
testing (as opposed to only when it finishes) and is leaving URLs to
unreachable systems or no useful information at all. This was the
example brought to my attention just now...

Let us know when these issues have been corrected so we can try
reenabling it. Thanks!

I also just noticed that the contact address you have specified for
that service account is undeliverable from the Internet. My attempt
to contact it was bounced with the error:

Radware 3rd Party Testing (openstack3rdpartytest...@radware.com)
Your message can't be delivered because delivery to this address
is restricted.

So that makes it a somewhat ineffective contact address.

In that case I may have just caught it at a bad time, or maybe
radware.com dislikes my ISP's MTA for some reason.

I haven’t seen any recent comments from the Radware test system. If we’re
blocking commenting, might make sense to reenable commenting to see if they’re
compliant but not allow voting.

When I was originally asked to disallow that account from leaving
extra comments on reviews[1] I did so by removing its SSH key. I
have since re-added it, so please re-test and let me know whether
it's working again. Thanks!

Re: [OpenStack-Infra] Radware's service account request for third party testing

2014-03-26 Thread Jeremy Stanley
By the way, I'm still getting this every time I try to send E-mail
to the contact address for the account:

Your message can't be delivered because delivery to this address
is restricted.

Diagnostic information for administrators:

Generating server: Radware.com

openstack3rdpartytest...@radware.com
#550 5.7.1 RESOLVER.RST.AuthRequired; authentication required ##

I gather from previous discussion that people are able to contact it
successfully from "G-mail" but it really needs to be fixed to also
work with E-mail.

The authentication credentials for that account may have been
cached. I've just now flushed the cache in Gerrit, so see if that
helped at all. If not, I'll go diving in its SSH log for a better
answer.
