Re: [Openstack-operators] Forum in Boston - make some noise!

2017-03-09 Thread lebre . adrien
Dear Tom

I would also appreciate to extend the deadline by a few days at least.

Moreover, can you please elaborate a bit more about what is behind this
etherpad?

Like the Scientific and NFV WGs, I just added an etherpad link to start
gathering inputs/materials for the massively distributed (Fog/Edge) WG [1]
However, I'm not sure whether it should appear there or whether we should just
exchanged the link through the MLs as we did it for the last cycles.

In any case, we have our WG meeting next Wednesday and I will add this to our
agenda (I hope we will be able to gather more inputs).

Thanks
Ad_rien_

Re: [Openstack-operators] Forum in Boston - make some noise!

2017-03-09 Thread Erik McCormick
Is there any possible way to push this deadline out a week? I ask only
because my brain hurts focusing on sessions for the midcycle, and things
will almost certainly come up in Milan that will spawn ideas for the forum.

I know everything is on a tight schedule, but just wanted to throw this out
there.

Cheers,
Erik

[Openstack-operators] Forum in Boston - make some noise!

2017-03-09 Thread Tom Fifield

Hi all,

The end of brainstorming for our first Forum in Boston is fast
approaching, and we need your help.

We don't have even close to enough topic suggestions on our etherpad to
make the Forum a success :) We're also missing your +1 vote to show
which sessions you'd like to see.

==> Please take 3 minutes to list any idea you want to discuss together
as developers and users, and +1/-1 sessions to show your interest:

https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/BOS-UC-brainstorming

We will close the etherpad on Tuesday, so time is tight!

Once you've done that, you might like to share your ideas on the mailing
list ...

[Openstack-operators] [openstack-operators] Milano Ops Midcycle - Security

2017-03-09 Thread Nick Jones
Here’s the Etherpad for the Security session at the Ops Midcycle:

https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/MIL-ops-security

I’ve seeded it with an outline and a couple of suggested topics, mostly based
on what wasn’t covered in Barcelona. If there’s anything in particular that
you think warrants community discussion then please feel free to add a point or
two - even if you’re not attending!

Thanks all.
