Good point, I'll see if that mention can be swiftly removed.

Yes, I agree it is difficult… I was asking as there was an option ‘watch later’
on the summit schedule for the fishbowl sessions.

The option should probably be removed from the summit schedule web page so
people don’t get disappointed later if that is not too complicated.

As far as I know they won't (same as old Design/Ops summit sessions).
It's difficult to produce, with people all over the room and not
necessarily using microphones.

The idea is to have the moderator post a follow-up thread for each
session, summarizing the outcome and opening up the discussion to
everyone who could not be present in person for one reason or another.

Tom,

Do you know if the Forum sessions will be video’d?

Hello all,

The schedule for our the Forum is online:

https://www.openstack.org/summit/boston-2017/summit-schedule/#track=146

==> Session moderators, please start advertising your sessions &
starting pre-discussions, to get the best, most well-informed people
there possible!

==> Anyone else, please register your interest for sessions by 'ticking'
them on the schedule. We use that information for room sizing.

Finally, thank you to the many who reviewed the draft. We fixed up those
duplicates and made some slight changes to one or two sessions where
there were conflicting talks. We're still working on contacting a couple
of those marked as 'incomplete' in the tool, but they should be online
shortly too.
