[opensuse] Autoyast Installation 10.2
I have tried on three different occasions to do an FTP installation using the autoinst file created from a base install image of openSUSE10.2. all three times it fails giving me an error that it cannot find the profile on my FTP server. I know that when I create a file, then load it into the autoinstallation module of Yast, put in my additional packages and change the root password I get that it is not a valid xml file. David, are you referring to the RH named files like auth-config, etc? if you can, look at examples of the RH files, there are the common- files in SUSE that are similar. Not really what I was talking about. Sorry if I wasn't complete enough on my problem. I am installing openSUSE 10.2 at the end of the installation I clone the system for autoyast installations. When I open Yast>misc>installations, I attempt to load, change then save the autoinst.xml file under /root. Yast gives me the error that the file fails the validity test. I attempt to load this file as my installation source and it fails again, warning that it is not a valid installation set. Has anyone seen this?
