[opensuse] K9copy problem solved!
I found the problem with playing DVDs with Xine and Kaffeine and copying with K9copy! There are two (2) different libdvdcss files available for download, if you have selected most of the sites in yast for updates. I didn't get both initially..but have now. Problem solved. Also, make sure you scan the lists of plugins, etc. so you don't have other problems with other software. [pruned] :) Do a search in Yast for libdvdcss and you'll find both of them. ;) So therebeen wanting to do that sooner or later - now I feel better. :) Hope you're doing well. Most humble sorries, Fred, but there is only the one libdvdcss - and I've got every conceivable site selected for upgrades/updates. I don't suppose you have a copy of a 32-bit and a 64-bit libdvdcss on the same system which is why you are seeing 2 different libdvdcss files? In any case, I just tested the copy I have installed (the 32-bit) and k9 did a perfect copy of a DVD.
