I build the packages from the same sources without problems locally. I am sorry. I am still quite busy with SLED10-SP1, so I am not sure if it can be fixed soon. In the meantime, you can use the packages from the obsolete project at ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/OpenOffice.org/10.2-x86_64 They are slightly older (2-3 weeks) but they should be fine for your purpose. or otherwise: how do i know the author of a repo in build-services to contact?
