You need the vlc repository for that.  If in 10.3, use the Yast Add Community 
Repositories tool, otherwise search teh wiki for it.

I have added the vlc rep into YaST and installed libdvdcss. Enjoying the
concert now...

  Not sure which version you are running Sergey, but on my 10.3 laptop I
have  this:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~ rpm -q libdvdcss
libdvdcss-1.2.9-5.4

  Yast tells me it's from the videolan repository.
