[opensuse-gnome] 3.6 Missing Themes?
So I set up 12.2 with GNOME in a Virtualbox VM. I had immediately chosen HighContrastInverse as the GTK+ theme via gnome-tweak-tool. Then I went ahead and updated to 3.6. After the 3.6 update, I noticed I no longer had high-contrast inverse functionality. It was back to bright white environment. Going into g-t-t, I searched and there's quite a few themes missing that were in there previously, including the high contrast inverse theme. Now, it only provides Adwaita and High Contrast. This effectively makes 3.6 unusable for me. Is this an upstream decision to eliminate the themes, or a packaging issue on our end? Should such themes have been deleted in the upgrade process if they were already in our system? If it was simply an oversight, we should try to put them back in soon because those with visual impairments even worst than mine will suddenly be lost and unable to navigate around once their beloved inverse theme is taken out from under them. [opensuse-gnome] 3.6 Login Screen behavior
In previous GNOME versions, when the login screen came up, the first name in the list (or the only name in the list) would already be highlighted and I simply would hit the enter-key and type in my password and enter-key again. Now, with 3.6, first name is not highlighted and I have to take an additional step by hitting the tab key to get the first name and then hit the enter-key. 3.6 bug or openSUSE feature? :-) Bryen -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+unsubscr...@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+ow...@opensuse.org
