compiling/runtime. Very separate purposes, so they can't/shouldn't be

There are two lib directories containing different jar
files.

skeleton

 +--src
  +--lib

Yet in the build.xml, both libs are included in the
classpath.








   



Is there a reason for this separation or can they
simply be merged into one directory?
